James Waryck
Co-Founder
James has always focused his studies and career in IT. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in IT, he went on to obtain several technical industry certifications.
James started his career in IT departments ranging from small firms to Fortune 500 companies. Learning the technical and financial requirements along with the challenges that came with the management of technology, he gained in-depth experience on how to build more functional, efficient, and secure solutions.
Over the past 15 years, James has worked extensively with law firms guiding them through technical decisions that align with business objectives. Now CEO of STS, he dedicates his time to leadership and researching the latest technologies, trends in the industry, and best practices to advise, plan, design, and implement strategic IT solutions for STS customers.
James has led STS to be recognized as one of the Top 501 IT Managed Service Providers in the world by Channel Futures, for the past two years consecutively. He also led STS to receive the distinguished honor of recognition on both Inc 5000 California and Inc 5000 America as one of the fastest-growing private companies in 2020.

Sam Sheth started his career in IT at a very young age, studying, researching and engineering his own computers and networks.
Focusing on the details of complex IT systems, Sam became a meticulous technologist. His wide range of experiences includes assisting with the development of his high school’s computer department, working within various service delivery departments, managing different IT consulting firms and now co-founding STS. His extensive IT background has allowed him to navigate in virtually any environment with confidence and precision.
At STS, Sam brings over a decade of successful IT implementations and carries numerous certifications from the industry’s leading vendors. Sam’s vision of always developing a strategic path to achieve cost-effective and efficient solutions to each client’s IT needs, makes STS a unique IT managed service provider. He ensures that STS remains a client-centric organization that focuses on providing direction and guidance to clients at every step of the IT lifecycle.

Jenn Steip is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry.
For nearly a decade Jenn has specialized in operational professionalism working in the management consulting industry. She currently serves as Manager of Operations for Strategic Technology Solutions where she is a key part of the management team. Her role involves overseeing HR responsibilities, financial oversite, developing and implementing operational polices and working proactively to improve company efficiencies. Jenn helps to promote a company culture that encourages a positive morale and employee performance.
Jenn moved to LA from a small town in Northern California to obtain a degree from Cal State Long Beach. Currently, as a busy working mother of three, Jenn spends her free time playing in the sand at the beach, beating someone at a board game, or listening to live music over a good meal with friends. She is passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle with her family.
